Hotel Urban is accessible for people with disabilities through ramps and elevators and has 100% accessible rooms (except for duplex rooms). Please do not hesitate to contact our Guest Service team for any specific needs.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

The nearest airport is Madrid-Barajas (MAD). You can reach the hotel by taxi (30 minutes, approx. €30), Express Airport Bus (40–45 minutes to Cibeles, €5 ticket), RENFE train (from Terminal 4 to Atocha, €2.60 ticket), metro (to Sevilla station, 40 minutes), or private transfer service (please contact the hotel to arrange it). The closest metro station is Sevilla (L2).

We have our own parking, no prior reservation required, at a cost of €33.00 per car per day (VAT included). We recommend checking availability in advance for larger vehicles. The parking has charging points for electric vehicles.

We are right in the city center, just a few meters from the Congress of Deputies (Parliament) and the Retiro Park.

Yes, we welcome small dogs up to 15kg. We recommend booking the STAY & DOG - Traveling with My Pet experience online to fully enjoy your pet's stay at the hotel. If you do not book this experience, a supplement of €36.30 per day (VAT included) will be charged. Only one dog per room is allowed.

Yes, Hotel Urban features the Michelin-starred CEBO Restaurant, as well as tapas and cocktails at the Glass Bar and the summer Rooftop Terrace.

Hotel Urban features a rooftop pool, open only in summer. Opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The pool is not heated.

The terrace bar and restaurant are open to the public in summer, without the need to be a hotel guest. The pool area is exclusively for guests. The summer opening hours of the bar-restaurant are from 11:00 am to 12:00 am (Fridays and Saturdays until 2:00 am).

The hotel does not have a spa, but we can recommend and book nearby wellness centres.

Yes, we have a small fitness room with exercise equipment and a sauna.

We offer a buffet breakfast with hot à la carte dishes in the breakfast room for €37.95 per person (VAT included). No reservation is required, and breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Room service is also available.

No, all rooms and indoor spaces at Hotel Urban are non-smoking. In accordance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.

Our rooms do not have a jacuzzi, but the Suites have a whirlpool tub.

Our online booking system clearly and thoroughly details all applicable taxes and fees. Currently, stays in 5-star Grand Luxury hotels in Madrid include the applicable 10% VAT.
