Hotel Urban is accessible for guests with reduced mobility thanks to ramps and elevators, and it has fully adapted rooms (except duplex rooms). Please contact our Guest Service team for any specific requirements.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m.

How do I get to Hotel Urban from the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Madrid-Barajas (MAD). You can reach the hotel by taxi (30 minutes, approx. €30), Express Airport Bus (40–45 minutes to Cibeles, €5 ticket), RENFE train (from Terminal 4 to Atocha, €2.60 ticket), metro (to Sevilla station, 40 minutes), or private transfer service (please contact the hotel to arrange it). The closest metro station is Sevilla (L2).

Yes, Hotel Urban features the Michelin-starred CEBO Restaurant, as well as tapas and cocktails at the Glass Bar and the summer Rooftop Terrace.

We are located right in the heart of Madrid, just a few steps from the Spanish Parliament (Congreso de los Diputados).

Is there parking at Hotel Urban and what is the daily rate? Is advance booking required?

We have our own parking (no advance booking required). The rate is €33.00 per car per day (VAT included). We recommend checking in advance for large vehicles. Charging points for electric cars are available.

Does Hotel Urban have a pool and what are its hours?

Hotel Urban features a rooftop pool, open only in summer. Opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The pool is not heated.

What types of rooms can I book at Hotel Urban?

Hotel Urban offers various room types: Double Rooms, Junior Suites, Suites with hydromassage bathtubs, Duplex Rooms, and a Loft Suite.

What kind of breakfast is served at Hotel Urban? At what time? What does it cost?

A buffet breakfast with à la carte hot dishes is served for €37.95 per person (VAT included), daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (until 11:00 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays). No reservation is needed. Breakfast can also be ordered in-room (extra charge applies).

Are pets allowed at Hotel Urban?

Yes, we welcome pets up to 15 kg. We recommend booking the STAY & DOG experience online. Without this reservation, a supplement of €36.30 per day (VAT included) will apply. Only one pet is allowed per room.

Can I access the rooftop terrace of Hotel Urban without being a guest? What are the opening hours?

The rooftop bar and restaurant are open to the public in summer, even for non-guests. However, the pool area is exclusively for staying guests. The bar-restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (until 2:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays).

Are there smoking rooms?

No, all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking. In accordance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

Are there rooms with a jacuzzi?

No, but our Junior Suites and Suites include a hydromassage bathtub.

Is there a spa at Hotel Urban?

The hotel does not have a spa, but we are happy to recommend and book nearby wellness centers.

Is there a gym at Hotel Urban?

Yes, we offer a small fitness room with a selection of equipment.
