The Derby Hotels Collection team presents the new project in the Glass Bar and the emblematic space returns to its origins linked to cocktails.
Since its inception, more than 15 years ago, the Glass Bar is a benchmark in Madrid, an informal space, linked to cocktails, which returns to its original essence thanks to a cocktail menu by Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez (Sips Barcelona).
Glass Bar offers bar-cafeteria service every day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. it becomes one of the best cocktail bars in Madrid.

A modern space with nods to the city of the 1920s. Large wenge wood paneling like a new skin that covers the space of the premises and a fully alabaster backlit backbar wall provide a
warm and comfortable atmosphere as the leitmotif of the project.
