The Derby Hotels Collection team presents the new project in the Glass Bar and the emblematic space returns to its origins linked to cocktails.
Since its inception, more than 15 years ago, the Glass Bar is a benchmark in Madrid, an informal space, linked to cocktails, which returns to its original essence thanks to a cocktail menu by Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez (Sips Barcelona).
We start the autumn 2024 season with a new menu from Bocados by Cebo; led by Michelin-starred chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo; to combine and pair with our already famous signature cocktails.

Monday, October 21, from 10:00 p.m. : Cocktail bars from Spain and Portugal. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a unique sensory journey with the creations of The Argo Villamoura, The Royal Club Oporto, Spikes Vale do Lobo, Torto Oporto, Naked & Famous Sevilla and Glass Bar Madrid. Each cocktail is a work of art that will transport you to a world of exquisite flavors with Disaronno - Tia Maria in a warm and festive atmosphere.
Tuesday, October 22, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. : Cocktails Made in USA. Immerse yourself in the magic of 3 of the best cocktail bars in the United States and enjoy the creations of Allegory Washington, Employees Only New York and Sip and Guzzle New York. From the hand of St. Germain - Bacardi, each sip will take you to a new level of flavor and sophistication.
Wednesday, October 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. : Glass by Sips. The top cocktail bar with 6 very special creations, made with four hands by Óscar Duran from Glass Bar and Marc Álvarez from Sips Barcelona, "the best cocktail bar in the world 2023". An afternoon full of discovery and excitement thanks to Bombay's unique botanicals.
A modern space with nods to the city of the 1920s. Large wenge wood paneling like a new skin that covers the space of the premises and a fully alabaster backlit backbar wall provide a
warm and comfortable atmosphere as the leitmotif of the project.
